The soothing sight and sound of ocean waves nearby is a Jersey shore mainstay for locals and vacationers alike. No longer will you find spaced out towels, assuring the safety of your outdoor classes – although many instructors are maintaining precautions. But if we've learned anything last year, it's that being outside with a gentle breeze is one of the safest ways to exercise – and that there's no such thing as too much self-care.
Drink lots of water before and after class.
Wear comfortable clothes that will give your limbs and torso a full range of motion.
A Yoga mat or towel and whatever other props you wish to bring with you that you are comfortable with.
If it’s a cool morning you may want to bring a light jacket or sweater if the weather warrants it
Yoga should be practiced barefoot so you feel more grounded and stable in the postures.
Remember stretch ONLY at your ability, ouch is not a good word please be car

Beach Yoga integrates mindfulness and motion, requiring the individual to be present and aware of our body and present each moment in our mind. You will learn to embrace the present moment through breathing exercises and master training your mind to induce a mode of consciousness to reach inner peace.
